Great idea, should grow to be a hit
DESCRIPTION: I visited this restaurant during it's first week open. I sat outside with my wife and 18 month old and enjoyed the sun. The server worked very hard to attend to our needs, but the entire staff was brand new. The children's menu left something to be desired, and they never got my wife's meal quite right. Again, it was the first week they were open. The mongolian-style "Asian Market Bowls" they offer are not entirely unusual -- you choose between several meats (proteins), rice and noodles (starches), vegetables and sauces to fill your bowl, then hand it over to the cook staff. Your culinary creation is eventually served up hot by the wait-staff. If you know what you are doing, you can make a masterpiece. If you don't know how to mix the ingredients and don't think to ask, you can waste ten bucks quickly. The menu does offer many other kitchen prepared appetizers and meals, some that were pretty good for it's opening week. It might be time for a return visit to see how this establishment has progressed. Great idea, a lot of potential, but a ways to go to be excellent.

Great Food, Consistent Quality and Service
DESCRIPTION: We are always on the lookout for a good Chinese place and this one fits the bill. So many in the Ksaw/Woodstk area provide "quantity vs. quality" food but not Bamboo Garden. They have nice-sized portions and the food is good quality --- no mystery meat here. Good soup and appetizers too.

They Deliver - Quality Service & Food
DESCRIPTION: I've never been in the restaurant but have had delivery on more than one occasion. Fast service and quality food. I want to try something new, but keep coming back to the Walnut Shrimp dinner. Maybe tonight, something different.

Japanese Hibatchi is the best in Cobb County
DESCRIPTION: I have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants before, either for hibachi or for sushi. Mt. Fuji is fantastic for both. Located in the back of the Cub Foods shopping plaza on Cobb Parkway just south of the Big Chicken, the building is non-descript and bland. The interior design is a little old and run down looking, but i think that the dark atmosphere may contribute to that more than you think. Once you are seated you will then learn why this place is unusual. Frankly, it is the small touches that make this place stand out from others. First a "hot towel" to wash your hands. The japanese broth soup is simple but tasty, as is the salad of greens and ginger dressing. Main courses offered are of a wide selection, allowing you to combine different tastes fo make your meal. Main courses are accompanied by white rice (fried rice +$2), shrimp appetizer, squash and onion, as well as broccoli. Main dish meat portions are not large, but the total quantity of food is plenty for the hungriest of diners. The dipping sauces provided, both the teryaki and ginger, are superb -- they make the meal stand out from others I have had at different establishments. Prices are on the mid-high side, but I think that it is worth the trip, not only for the food, but also for the chefs. The at-table cooks are friendly, and funny, and their sense of humor makes the time that they spend cooking and throwing things around the table fly by. Each chef is a little different, so it is fun to eavesdrop on other tables as well.
